The following application is for membership to the HPPPA. Upon completion, you will be redirected to our site to pay for membership. Membership fee is $30.00 per month to be automatically deducted from your account on the 1st of every month or you can pay in full for the entire year at $360.00.

Your application will be reviewed by the HPPPA board. You will be notified of your acceptance via email. Should your application be declined, you will be notified, and the fees will be returned to you.
